What cities do you operate in?
Currently we service over a hundred cities, townships, villages that make up most of Greater Chicago. Our general territory extends outward from the Loop to Matteson to the South, Wheaton to the West, and Highland Park to the North. We continue to expand our reach beyond these cities. Give us a call even if you fall outside of this territory. We might be able to work with you.
What types of businesses do you service?
We service all kinds of institutions. We have vending machines in schools, corporate offices, industrial warehouses, fitness centers, hotels, apartment buildings, community centers, park district buildings, rec centers,… the list goes on.
We need vending! How does this work?
Great! Shoot us a call or email. We’ll start by listening to what you’re looking to do. From there we’ll go over some options to meet your needs. Different locations require different solutions. Some locations are best suited for traditional vending machines. Other locations are great candidates for a micro-market or smart coolers. We’ll discuss all of that including who your audience is and what kinds of products they’ll be interested in. Next, we’ll schedule a site visit. From there, we would sign a basic vending agreement and then install the machines. Unlike most vending operators, we try to make the whole experience easy, uncomplicated and fun.
Do you charge a fee for your service?
No! As our customer, you will never be charged a service fee, management fee, rental fee or any fees for the service we provide. We make our money solely on the products sold in the machines.
Do we have a say in what products are sold in the machines?
Absolutely. Let us know if you are a school that requires adherence to USDA Smart Snack standards. Or maybe your location is peanut-free or more fitness-forward. Or you might be a location that wants all the indulgent, classic goodies. Whatever your request, big or small, we can tailor the product profile of your machines to meet your needs.
How often do you service/refill the machines?
It depends on the location. 100% of our vending solutions come with remote sales and inventory tracking. This enables us to know exactly when a machine needs to be restocked. What this means for you is no more long waits wondering when your machines are going to be serviced.
What are the prices for products sold in your machines?
It has always been our policy to be fair and competitive when it comes to pricing. You can expect our pricing to be on par with other major vending operators, convenience stores and gas stations.
Do the machines take credit cards?
Yes. 100% of our equipment take all forms of cashless payments including all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple and Google Pay. Some mobile payment apps are accepted and additional payment apps continue to get added over time.
Can people get a refund if they experience a problem with a machine?
Yes! The benefit of paying with any form of cashless payment is that refunds can be reversed directly back to the buyer. The buyer simply has to text a number on the machine and one of our representatives will help facilitate the refund. Imagine that… for the first time ever you can actually get a refund from a vending operator. We’re different that way.
What happens when a vending machine needs servicing?
Bill jams, coin jams, stuck products, etc are unfortunately a fact of life. We can’t prevent them all but we can remedy things quickly. Customers or office staff can text or call our number posted on every machine and we’ll get someone out there within 48 hours. Most of the time, we’re able to get someone on site within the same day or the next morning. We put quality of service above everything else so getting your machines up and running as soon as possible is a priority.
